Telangana Cabinet to meet today

Hyderabad: The Telangana Cabinet would meet on Wednesday at Pragati Bhavan, the official residential buildings complex of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao.

The meeting would be held at 5 PM, the state government said here.

Meanwhile, the backward classes commission which studied the social conditions of backward castes submitted its report to the Chief Minister on Tuesday.

The commission included details about the education and social backwardness of castes in BC-E category in its report, a release from the Chief Ministers Office said.

The government would discuss the report at different levels and take steps for the welfare of the concerned communities, it said.
