After paying floral tributes to Dr BR Ambedker on the occasion of his 126th birth anniversary celebrations here on Friday at Gandhi Bhavan, Uttam said that the TRS government failed to construct double bedroom houses and alleged that the TRS government doing injustice to dalits in providing jobs.

The government has failed to give a single rupee to Dalit entrepreneurs though it announced that it will encourage them in big way, he pointed out. Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao failed to fulfil his assurance that he will do first sign on the file pertaining to 12 per cent reservations to tribals, he charged. The Chief Minister assured that he will include Valmiki Boya, Kayati Lambadas into STs and also assured he would transform the thandas as panchayats but did nothing, Uttam pointed out.

The Chief Minister also assured that he will set up ITDAs in plain areas where tribals were living, he said and alleged that the former failed to fulfill the assurance till today. He alleged that the Chief Minister diverted Rs1,042 crore belonging to SCs, STs towards loan waiver scheme. He said that the Congress party is organising a public meeting at Tandur in Vikarabad district on April 20 and Opposition leader in the Lok Sabha Mallikarjuna Kharge will attend the meeting.
