Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao on Tuesday participated in the Janahitha Pragathi Sabha in Jagithyala where he responded on Nara Lokesh being elevated to IT and Municipal Minister.

Speaking on the same, KTR cited that Nara Lokesh had once called him non-local and himself local since he was born and brought up in Hyderabad. The Minister continued, now Lokesh has become a minister in the neighbouring state which clearly indicates who is working for Telangana.

KTR further said that Lokesh's entry into the Andhra Pradesh Cabinet is clear shut down of Telangana TDP.

He also question Congress leader Jeevan Reddy's contribution to Telangana adding that Chandrababu Naidu had run away to AP due to the setback the latter faced in Jagithyala during Godavari Pushkarams.

Praising Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for standing by all the sections of the people, KTR mentioned that power cuts used to be a common aspect during Congress-TDP rule but with TRS governance, the farmers are being provided 9 hours of power supply during day time. Also, mentioning the provision of fertilizers for free to farmers, KTR said that no other Chief Minister in the country would do.

The Minister asserted that TDP, Congress don't have future in Telangana and claimed that TRS would claim victory in 2019 polls.
