Jeelacheruvu temple gets facelift with TTD funds

Sri Venkateshwara Swamy temple in Jeellacheruvu under Kusumanchi mandal is all set to get a facelift. Minister for Roads and Buildings Tummala Nageswara Rao initiated the modernisation works of the temple on Saturday. The modernisation works are being taken up with the help of the funds released by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Board. The TTD Board sanctioned Rs 16 lakh for the works.

Sathupally MLA and TTD Board member Sandra Venkata Veeraiah, who was behind getting funds for the temple renovation, was also present. Later, the Minister enquired about the road widening works. ZP chairperson G Kavitha, Khammam Agriculture Market Committee chairman R J C Krishna and DCCB chairman M Vijay Babu were among others present.
