GHMC suspends 13 arrested AEEs

The Central Crime Station detectives on Friday arrested 13 AEEs on charges of misappropriation of Rs1.1 crore of GHMC funds.
The CCS detectives took 13 AEEs, Shankar, Santosh, Papamma, Srinivas, Ashok, Kameswari, Lal Singh, Mohan Rao, Vasidhar, Prerna, Naidu and Zameel - all belonging to the Central Zone - into custody in connection with six cases registered in April second week.
Against this backdrop, GHMC commissioner issued suspension orders on Saturday evening.
