Not a single student in the government schools obtained 10/10 GPA, indicating poor academic standards in the government schools in the district.

Out of a total of 20,329 students from all the government, private, aided, zilla parishad, gurukul, KGBVs and Model schools who appeared for the SSC exam in the district, 15503 students are qualified marking an average pass percentage of 75.4 in the district.
