Telangana Transport Minister to visit Vijayawada tomorrow
Transport Minister P Mahender Reddy will visit Vijayawada on Wednesday to discuss the long-pending single permit issues of the lorry owners in the State with his Andhra Pradesh counterpart.
​Hyderabad: Transport Minister P Mahender Reddy will visit Vijayawada on Wednesday to discuss the long-pending single permit issues of the lorry owners in the State with his Andhra Pradesh counterpart.
The Minister would meet the Andhra Pradesh Transport Minister Achannaidu, principal secretary Smita Dawra, commissioner Balasubramanyam and others to talk about the single permit issue, which had been pending since the division of the State.
The lorry owners association and private transporters requested the Transport Minister to take up the single permit issue with the Andhra Pradesh officials.
The Minister said the meeting would result in good transport relations between the two States. He expressed confidence that the issue would be sorted out.
