After that he left the office in Madhapur and went out with friends. Nishith was returning home in his Mercedes Benz SUV along with his close friend Raja Ravi Varma of Prakasam district, when the accident occurred.

Sources said Nishith loves high speed driving and it was due to this reason he drove Mercedes-AMG G 63.

He was caught over speeding on January 24 and March 1 near Gandipet and again on March 10 near Madhapur Outer Ring Road. On all the three occasions, he was driving the car at a speed of 150 kmph.
