Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav on Thursday asserted that the proposed visits of BJP national president Amith Shah and AICC vice president Rahul Gandhi to Hyderabad would not have any adverse impact on the TRS.

Addressing the media at the Secretariat here, Talasani ridiculed that the BJP and the Congress were vying for making false allegations against the State government, which was giving top priority to welfare and development. Despite their tactics for political mileage, the people would not support the Opposition parties, he said.
“Shah and Rahul visits will not cause any damage to our party, which is being strengthened with increased membership that is pegged at about 75 lakh,” he claimed. Though the Opposition parties were hatching conspiracies, the ruling TRS had the patronage of the people, he stated.
