Hyderabad: Jubilee Hills police have sought certain information from Mercedes Benz manufacturers following the ghastly accident in which the son of AP Minister’s son died on Wednesday.
The police enclosed photographs of the vehicle which was reduced to wreck after it rammed into Metro Rail pillar along with the letter.
The details sought from the manufacturers include the safety feature and at what speed the vehicle can withstand the crash.
Another query raised by the police was as to why the airbags had failed to save the two passengers in the ill-fated vehicle.
