Revanth Reddy urges KCR to declare Dec 3 as Telangana Martyrs Day
Telangana TDP working president A Revanth Reddy has addressed a letter to Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao urging him to declare December 3 as Telangana Martyrs Day in turn for the sacrifice made by Srikanthachary who immolated himself for the sake of Telangana.

In his letter, the TDP MLA asked KCR to construct a huge martyrs’ memorial statue in Hyderabad and also demanded for the construction of memorial statues in all 31 districts.
Apart from that, Revanth Reddy also asked the state government to extend Rs.10 lakh financial assistance, agriculture land, government job, double bed oom house to the families of Telangana martyrs.
He further requested the government to withdraw criminal cases filed against the Telangana agitators during the statehood movement and also collect details of the families of 1,569 martyrs identified by state govt.
