Telangana State Road Transport Corporation to regularise services of contract staff
The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) has decided to regularise the services of contract drivers and conductors, who were appointed before December 31, 2015, and have completed duties of 240 working days.
Hyderabad: The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) has decided to regularise the services of contract drivers and conductors, who were appointed before December 31, 2015, and have completed duties of 240 working days.
According to an order released by the TSRTC, the services of the contract drivers and conductors would be regularised on conditions such as the date of regularisation on regular time scale with probationary rights would be with effect from May 1, 2017, the drivers and conductors should have been appointed on or before December 31, 2015, they should have completed 240 working days and they would be on rolls on the date of regularisation, which is May 1, 2017.
The officials have been asked to do regularisation as per the contract worker’s roster seniority and within the permitted number of posts only. The regularisation should be completed by June 5, 2017.
