Placing wreaths at the memorial, KCR paid his tributes by observing silence for a while. Following which, he participated in the third anniversary celebrations at the Parade Grounds in Secunderabad. Telangana today is celebrating the third year of separate statehood and three years governance of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) rule.
Several dignitaries, including officials are attending the grand event. The city is gleaming with prominent buildings illuminated with decorations and lights.
