Following the pre-monsoon showers, Hyderabad stood at 39.1 degrees while the maximum temperature was recorded at Ramagundam with 42 degrees.
The officials informed that the thunderstorm accompanied with gusty winds is expected to occur at several places in the two states.
After June 8, the monsoon is likely to advance from the Kerala coast to Rayalseema in coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The officials maintained that the monsoon may pass through the Telugu states between June 10-12.
