Congress MLA and former minister DK Aruna's husband DK Bharatha Simha Reddy suffered grave injuries in a tragic road accident on Wednesday evening.
The incident occurred after the car he was travelling in collided with another one at Ellagandal village of Marikal mandal in Mahbubnagar district. He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital in Mahbubnagar and is currently undergoing treatment.
DK Aruna has rushed to Mahbubnagar from Hyderabad. The police have registered a case and are investigating the cause of the accident. Further details are awaited.
