Sink hole reappears in Safilguda

Last year in November, Hyderabad witnessed heavy rainfall leading to road in Safilguda caving resulting in a sink hole.

Now, once again the road caved in for the second time and the sink hole reappeared due to the heavy rain. Even though the road was repaired last year, it seems the civic officials just made a cover up with substandard work and laid the road.

The sink hole was initially formed due to the laying of 1600 inch diametre HDP pipelines at the T Junction near Safilguda bus stop. But with the crater forming second time, two commuters have fallen into the sink hole resulting in major injuries.
