Sirisha's death case: Police to produce the accused in Nampally court

Accused in beautician Sirisha's death case, Rajiv and Sravan will be produced before the 3rd Metropolitan Magistrate today at the Nampally court.

Under the sections 306 read with 109 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) indicating that the victim was incited or provoked to commit suicide, cases have been booked against the accused.

Both won't be given bail for at least 45 days. While the police have stated that the deaths are suicide, the family members of Sirisha are raising some of the suspicious events before her daughter's death and are alleging that it is murder.

Speaking to the media, Sirisha's mother made it clear that her daughter has not committed suicide and alleged that it is a conspiracy against her daughter.
