Pelican Signals all set to be introduced in Hyderabad

Pelican Signals are all set to be introduced in Hyderabad. The decision was taken by the Hyderabad Traffic Police who after noticing the success of these signals in various countries are planning to implement the same in Hyderabad.

Pelican Signals makes it easy for the pedestrians to cross the road. The standard set of traffic lights facing oncoming traffic has a push button for the pedestrian from across the road to avail it at the time of crossing. No matter at what speed the vehicles are running at, they need to stop when the red light is turned on these poles.

Hyderabad people are surely happy with these signals which will be helpful for the pedestrians to cross the road easily. Already, these pelican sgnals have been place at nine busy traffic places in the city on a trail basis and the Hyderabad Traffic police are planning to fix them in heavy traffic areas.
