Woman's throat slashed in broad daylight

A woman was killed in broad daylight at Sriramnagar near Suryapet on Wednesday. The woman, identified as Sabina was in a live-in relationship with a man named Srinivas for the past eight months.

However, Srinivas had reportedly slit her throat and fled from the place on Wednesday.

The incident occurred when the couple was travelling in an auto-rickshaw. It is being speculated that Srinivas wanted to get rid off Sabina and might have hatched a plan to kill her. The exact reason behind the murder is not yet known.

A murder case has been registered against Srinivas and police have begun the investigation.
