Nizamabad: District Collector Yogitha Rana advised the doctors to render their services with dedication. She participated as the chief guest for the Doctors’ Day celebrations held at Navyabharathi Global School here on Saturday.
School Chairman K Santhosh Kumar felicitated Yogitha Rana and various doctors with shawls and bouquets. Speaking on the occasion, he said Doctors Day is celebrated every year to honour legendary physician and the second Chief Minister of West Bengal Dr Bidhan Chandra Roy. He rated doctors to Gods.
Cultural programmes were organised. Essay writing competitions were conducted. School principal K Sridevi, teaching staff, students and parents were among those present.
