Singareni sets record in coal production

Kothagudem: Singareni Collieries Corporation Limited (SCCL) Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) N Sridhar congratulated the employees for creating a new record in coal production and its transportation during the last three months.
In a press statement released here on Saturday, he said 143.4 lakh tonnes of coal was produced in the last three months, which was more than last year’s production. On the transportation side it has achieved a new record by transporting 155.9 tonnes of coal during the last three months. He said it was the best record in the history of Singareni.
