Woman commits suicide by hanging
A 20-year-old woman was found hanging at her residence in Dundigul, under the Bachupally police station limits on Sunday.
Hyderabad: A 20-year-old woman was found hanging at her residence in Dundigul, under the Bachupally police station limits on Sunday.
According to the police, the woman, Sambari Rajasree, a resident of Rajivgruhakalpa in Dundigul, completed her nurse training from one of the private colleges in the city and was looking for employment.
Recently her parents fixed her marriage, but Rajasree rejected the proposal as she wanted to pursue higher studies. However, her parents forced her to accept the alliance, and also fixed the date of the marriage.
“Rajasree went into depression as her parents were not agreeing for her higher studies. On the intervening hours of Saturday and Sunday, she committed suicide when her family members were asleep,” police said.
