Telangana Govt releases draft notification to speed up Land Acquisition process

The Telangana government has released a draft notification on Land Acquisition Act to speed up the process of acquiring land for various projects.

The projects displaced will receive a compensation of Rs 12.54 lakh in the land where double bedroom houses cost Rs 5.04 lakh.

Deputy Collectors are holding awareness programmes on land acquisition being held for three days beginning on July 13 where the objections would be taken in view. After accepting the objections, the final notification on the land acquisition will be released on July 30.
