​Sangareddy: Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao has asked the district officials to make necessary arrangements for a public hearing in Narayankhed on August 23, in order to take public opinion on Kaleswaram Lift Irrigation Project.
During a video conference with the district officials on Wednesday, he said the State government’s efforts to provide Godavari water to the three districts was underway and the notification for the same would be issued on July 21.
He said the main canals in Sangareddy district would come up in Pulkal and Hathnura mandals and the branch canals would pass from Hathnura, Andole, Narayankkhed and Kalher mandals.
