15-month coaching for Civil Services exams begins at MANUU
Advisor to Telangana Government A.K. Khan on Wednesday said that the All India Civil Services Examinations in India as the most difficult in the world to crack. Earlier, France and India were among the top two countries who framed the hardest channels for clearing civil services tests. But now the topmost position has been captured by India.
Hyderabad: Advisor to Telangana Government A.K. Khan on Wednesday said that the All India Civil Services Examinations in India as the most difficult in the world to crack. Khan, retired IPS officer, is the Patron Advisor (Honorary) of the Civil Services Coaching Examination Academy that is run by Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad.
The Academy headed by well known economist Dr Amir Ullah Khan has taken on 105 students (50 girls and 55 boys) on board after a series of entrances tests to prepare them for All India Civil Services Examination for 15 months. The coaching is free while each candidate is charged a nominal fee for accommodation and food.
Khan explained the candidates that the All India Civil Services Examinations are being made tougher with each passing year. If you clear these examinations you will be able to serve your nation to the best of your abilities,” he said.
Retired IAS officer G. Sudheer asked the candidates to give their best in clearing examinations and said that the notion of ‘discrimination’ does not play any role in the selection of people for elite services.
Dr. Shakeel Ahmad, Pro Vice Chancellor of MANUU, highlighted the facilities provided by the University to make the stay and study of all candidates easy. “Your objective should be to study as heard as possible and give results. Do not while away your time and strictly follow the rules of discipline,” he said.
M Ziauddin Nayyar, representing Foundation for Economic and Educational Development, said that his trust was willing to extend assistance to financially weak candidates.
