Woman injured in attack by superior
A woman security guard received deep wounds on her forehead after her supervisor allegedly attacked her with an iron rod under KPHB police station limits. She lodged a complaint with the police that she was attacked by her supervisor as she failed to relent to his demands of sexual favours.
Hyderabad: A woman security guard received deep wounds on her forehead after her supervisor allegedly attacked her with an iron rod under KPHB police station limits. She lodged a complaint with the police that she was attacked by her supervisor as she failed to relent to his demands of sexual favours.
In her complaint, the victim, Jayashri alleged that her supervisor, Praveen Raja, a native of Assam, sought sexual favours for which she did not relent. She later resigned her post.
However, on Wednesday, heattacked her with an iron rod in Lodha Apartmentwhen she, along with her brother Bhasker, visited the place with the intention of seeking a job there. Finding that she was injured after being attacked, locals called for an ambulance. Her brother made a complaint with the police to take action against the culprit.
