The Union Ministry of Labour and Employment is organizing a Mega Job Mela “Mana Kosam” in association with South Central Railway, exclusively for the children of Serving and Retired Railway employees for jobs in the private sector, on 30th July (Sunday) at Railway Degree College, Tarnaka Road, Secunderabad.

Hyderabad: The Union Ministry of Labour and Employment is organizing a Mega Job Mela “Mana Kosam” in association with South Central Railway, exclusively for the children of Serving and Retired Railway employees for jobs in the private sector, on 30th July (Sunday) at Railway Degree College, Tarnaka Road, Secunderabad.

Union Labour Minister Bandaru Dattatreya will be the Chief Guest. SCR General Manager Vinod Kumar Yadav and ex-MLC & Member of Employees State Insurance Company Board K. Dileep Kumar will be the Guests of Honour at the inauguration of Job Mela.

The “Mana Kosam” is a unique initiative which will offer great exposure of the Industry to unemployed youth from Railway families, with a host of reputed organizations / companies joining hands to recruit suitable candidates for various posts.

As a prelude to the Job Mela, a Pre-Job Mela Training session was conducted today for the aspirant candidates at the Indoor Stadium, Railway Sports Complex Grounds in Secunderabad. Ex-MLC Dileep Kumar, Professionals from HR background connected with the conduct of Job Mela briefed the aspirants on how to face the Job Interviews and manage their presentation in a proper way to succeed in getting selected for the Job. An interactive session was also held to clarify the doubts of the candidates.

SCR Additional General Manager John Thomas, who was the Chief Guest at the Pre Job Mela Training, in his address encouraged the Job aspirants to remain calm and perform to their best without any pressure. Chief Personnel Officer N. V. Ramana Reddy and other officials were also present on the occasion. The training sessions will also be held on Saturday for the benefit of the remaining applicants.
