Awareness camp on Hepatitis held

An awareness programme on Hepatitis was organised at the Gurunanak Educational Institutions at Ibrahimpatnam, on the suburbs of Hyderabad, on the occasion of World’s Hepatitis Day (July 28) on Friday.
Rangareddy: An awareness programme on Hepatitis was organised at the Gurunanak Educational Institutions at Ibrahimpatnam, on the suburbs of Hyderabad, on the occasion of World’s Hepatitis Day (July 28) on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, former Director General of PoliceNoel Swaranjit Sen who was the chief guest, explained the preventive measures that should be taken to keep the disease at bay.
Later, students and faculty members were administered the Hepatitis-B vaccine. Gurunanak Institutions Managing Director Dr H S Saini, Dr Ashish Chauwan and Dr Chinna Babi were among those present.
