However, now things are fast changing. When a senior bureaucrat tried to blame the previous regime recently, Finance Minister Eatala Rajender is learnt to have cold-shouldered the babu’s jibe and sought positive results from the department.

In yet another incident, Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao did not merely smile when an official tried something similar but, urged the official to come back to the business on hand.

With Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao insisting on tangible results and delivery, the Ministers too have been stepping up their activity. It is business and sentiment that drives these folks, nowadays.
