Around 600 students representing 20 schools participated in the city\'s largest and most prestigious fifth edition of the three-day Model United Nations (MUN) conference held at the Delhi Public School near  Nacharam in the city between July 28 and 30  

​Hyderabad: Around 600 students representing 20 schools participated in the city's largest and most prestigious fifth edition of the three-day Model United Nations (MUN) conference held at the Delhi Public School near Nacharam in the city between July 28 and 30

The IIMUN has conducted 108 conferences in India and 15 in different countries till now. It also became the first organisation to conduct a Model United Nations conference inside the UN headquarters. This organisation takes pride in spreading knowledge and broadening horizons of students and teach the youth of India and the western world, the true spirit of India.

The founder president of IIMUN, Rishabh Shah said, "It’s high time that the West starts looking towards India and starts learning. The time has come for India to lead the world and at the same time, the youth of our country should be fully prepared."

The opening ceremony of the IIMUN Hyderabad conference witnessed guests like government representative Ramachandru Tejavath, Chairman DPS M Komaraiah, DPS Principal Sunitha Rao, Director-General IIMUN Hyderabad Ashmeet Anand.
