Swachh Ganesha campaign
In order to promote eco-friendly Ganesh, Aurora Degree and PG College had decided to collaborate with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) for Swachh Ganesha campaign. An NGO Sukuki Exnora working in the area of environment management will coordinate the campaign.Â
​Hyderabad: In order to promote eco-friendly Ganesh, Aurora Degree and PG College had decided to collaborate with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) for Swachh Ganesha campaign. An NGO Sukuki Exnora working in the area of environment management will coordinate the campaign.
GHMC would also establish distribution centres for clay Ganesh as an environment friendly initiative. GHMC Commissioner B Janardhan Reddy said the civic body will link up the campaign with the idols being donated under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
He said a link regarding the Swachh Ganesha campaign will be provided on GHMC website. He explained the students about Swachh Dhoot and asked them to encourage citizens to download the app and upload pictures of source segregation.
