Heavy rains lash several parts of Telangana

Water rushed into the houses in few localities and low lying areas were inundated. Rains caused waterlogging on the roads and commuters were effected in Hyderabad.
According to the Indian Meteorological Department, moderate to heavy rains are expected in several parts of Telangana for the next 4 days.
Aswapuram recorded 10 cm rainfall and Garla, Paloncha, Chandrugonda, Palakurthy and Kothagudem registered 6 cm rainfall.
