Orphanage operator sexually harasses girl, beaten up
An orphanage operator was beaten up by the children at the home and locals after he was found sexually harassing a girl.

The shocking incident came to light in Siddipet district. The orphanage operator, Prabhakar, is learnt to have been involved in such cases of sexually harassing the children in his orphan home for the past year. However, things took a different turn when several girls from the orphanage thrashed him mercilessly following an incident of molestation on Tuesday.
Shortly after the assault, Integrated Child Development Services officer and the local District Welfare Officer visited the orphanage, Prema Nilayam and a police complaint was filed.
The police has registered a case under Indian Penal Code section 354A (sexual harassment) of the Indian Penal Code and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act's section 12 (sexual harassment of a child) against Prabhakar.
Meanwhile, the children have been moved to other homes in Siddipet and Sangareddy.
