The Metropolitan Sessions Court of Nampally has issued a final judgement on Thursday in the Begumpet Task Force Office bomb blast case after 12 years acquitting all the 10 accused involved. The Court ruled out the case as the prosecution could not show evidence of their involvement in the attack.

The 10 persons - Mohammed Abdul Zahid, Abdul Kaleem, Shakeel, Syed Haji, Ajmal Ali Khan, Azmat Ali, Mahmood Baroodwala, Shaik Abdul Khaja, Nafees Biswas and Bilaluddin, a Bangladeshi citizen.

A bomb blast at the Task Force Office on October 12, 2005 killed a home guard Satyanarayana and a Bangladeshi suicide bomber. 10 people were arrested with a Special Investigation Team conducting an inquiry and filed chargesheets against them.
