Balakrishna to head NTR national awards jury
At last, the state government has formed the committees for NTR National Film Awards and Nandi Awards for 2015 to honour Telugu film fraternity in a grand gala function. I&PR department issued the notification for the same on August 10, 2017.
Hyderabad: At last, the state government has formed the committees for NTR National Film Awards and Nandi Awards for 2015 to honour Telugu film fraternity in a grand gala function. I&PR department issued the notification for the same on August 10, 2017.
Seasoned star and MLA Balakrishna has to judge the winners for prestigious NTR, B N Reddy, Nagireddy& Chakrapani National Film awards besides Raghupathi Venkaiah film award for 2015 along with veteran actor and MP M Murali Mohan, producer KL Narayana and Vara Prasad Reddy MD, Santha Biotech.
Whereas, the much-awaited Nandi awards will be led by veteran actor-director Jeevitha Rajasekhar and her team includes producer T Prasanna Kumar, actresses Geethanjali and Prabha. Besides choreographer Suchitra Chandrabose and Prameela Rani along with actress and exhibitor Jayalakshmi. Veteran actors Sivakrishna, Maharshi Raghava, producer Damodar Prasad, director Chandra Siddhartha and director and journalist B Jaya are other members.
For Nandi Awards for the year 2014, yesteryear actor Giribabu will head the jury and the members include producers T Prasanna Kumar and Narasimha Rao, directors K Vasu, Boina Subba Rao and Ram Prasad, music director MM Srilekha, Actors Madala Ravi and Ooha and journalist K Umamaheswara Rao.
