In this regard, KCR has given the responsibility to Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari who has already held a meeting with higher officials to anticipate and be prepared for the problems that will arise post issuing notifications.
However, there is no clarity for whether the notification has to be issued based on 31 districts or 10 districts.
