Goddess Saraswati statue installed at RDF Matendla School

Siddipet: The goddess Saraswati statue was installed with religious fervour at RDF Matendla School here on Saturday.
The statue was sponsored in memory of late Bommala Balaiah, by his sons Bommala Eashwer, Parameshwar, daughters-in-law Sravanthi and Swathi of Lakshmidevipalli. Retired Professor Lakshmi Reddy was the chief guest.
Later, she along with Bhudevi, inaugurated computer and projector labs in the college, which were sponsored by the Reddy’s lab.
Kulakarni Vaibhav, Vishal organised poor-feeding programme on the occasion. School staff, students and villagers took part in the programme.
