NAAC team visit to Osmania University concludes
The NAAC peer team which visited Osmania University has concluded its three-day program.
Hyderabad: The NAAC peer team which visited Osmania University has concluded its three-day program.
The exit meeting between the University officials and the NAAC peer team members ended on a cordial note and the team was positive about the status and growth of the University, the OU authorities claimed in a Press Release on Sunday.
The team will now submit its report to NAAC on the grading to be accorded to the varsity. “The entire University staff was engrossed in preparing for the NAAC visit for the past couple of months and the University environs were also spruced up. University Officials, Deans, Directors and Heads of the Departments heaved a sigh of relief as they have been waiting for NAAC evaluation for nearly four years. University officials stated that "we have done our best and we look forward to get good graded," said the Press Release.
OU Vice Chancellor Prof. S. Ramchandram, in a personal message, thanked all the stakeholders for their diligence and preparedness. Prof. Sriram Venkatesh, Director, IQAC expressed his gratitude for the all-round support from the University teaching and non teaching staff, students, alumni and parents.
