DOST admissions in disarray
Official spokesperson of Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) K Mahesh said on Tuesday that utter chaos has been prevailing in the admissions to the degree colleges.
Hyderabad: Official spokesperson of Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) K Mahesh said on Tuesday that utter chaos has been prevailing in the admissions to the degree colleges.
He said that with a confused policy the government has been playing with the lives of the students.Mahesh said that out of the 3.22 lakh seats in the degree colleges, about 1.46 lakh have been filled and 1.75 lakh are vacant.
He said that lot of mistakes has taken place in the third phase of admissions. The council has deleted some of the colleges and has created confusion in the students who have taken admission in them.
He demanded the time for the fourth phase admissions should be extended and students who waited for admissions into other professional courses should be given opportunity.
