The case was filed when the mentioned leaders organised rail roko, as part of Telangana movement under the previous government's rule.
Speaking in this regard, Minister Nayani said that the case was cancelled as there has been no evidence against them.
Thanking the advocate for fighting the case on all the Ministers behalf, he further informed that several such cases are pending and will be resolved soon.
