Lok Sabha constituency-wise review meets planned
Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister K T Rama Rao will hold Lok Sabha constituency wise review meetings with the concerned MPs in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) to take stock of the development works in their constituencies.
Hyderabad: Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister K T Rama Rao will hold Lok Sabha constituency wise review meetings with the concerned MPs in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) to take stock of the development works in their constituencies.
There are four Lok Sabha constituencies under the GHMC limits including Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Malkajgiri and Chevella. To begin with the Minister will hold meeting with Malkajgiri MP on Thursday at the Metro Rail Bhavan at Begumpet along with the public representatives and officials.
He will discuss about the development programmes in the constituency. Earlier, Malkajgiri MP Malla Reddy on Wednesday met the MAUD Minister and urged him to convene a special meeting for speeding up the development works and also to take up new works in the Assembly constituencies under the GHCM areas.
The Minister had agreed to take up review meeting as per the Lok Sabha constituency. Apart from the Lok Sabha members, the Rajya Sabha and Assembly and Council members will also be invited to the meeting.
