One dies of swine flu

A 65-year-old man died of swine flu at the Gandhi Hospital here on Tuesday. According to Dr Narendra, Swine Flu Nodal officer at the Gandhi hospital, Ganesh, a resident of Namalagundu in the city was referred by a corporate hospital with positive symptoms of swine flu to the Gandhi hospital.
Hyderabad: A 65-year-old man died of swine flu at the Gandhi Hospital here on Tuesday. According to Dr Narendra, Swine Flu Nodal officer at the Gandhi hospital, Ganesh, a resident of Namalagundu in the city was referred by a corporate hospital with positive symptoms of swine flu to the Gandhi hospital.
He died on Tuesday while undergoing treatment here, he added. At the Disaster ward, especially for swine flu patients, seven suspected patients were undergoing treatment and the condition of three patients were said to be critical, he added. Since January this year, as many as 33 swine flu deaths were reported at the Gandhi Hospital.
