Hyderabad: In partial modification of earlier orders, the State government on Friday declared September 5 as general holiday to government offices, schools and colleges located in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, Ranga Reddy district and Malkajgiri area of Medchal district on account of Ganesh idols’ processions and immersion. In lieu of this, the State government announced September 9 (second Saturday) as working day for government offices, schools and colleges.
