Hyderabad: The special forces of Malkajgiri Police have been deployed in the areas of Safilguda, Kapra and Tankbund to ensure safety of the Civilians during immersion procession.

However, a senior police officer from Malkajgiri police station told the Hans India, ``None of the Civilians present in the procession co-operate with us; and due to this, procession goes on till the wee hours.” He also added, ``We have started booking cases for people who have been creating ruckus and disturbance during the procession under the section of IPC 324 and Petty cases.

This ensure that people fear law and do not disturb the crowd.” The officer also said that as of now, there are 3 cases which has been filed under IPC 324 (For fights) and 8 cases under Petty cases section (For being drunk and creating nuisance which might cause inconvenience to others) at Malkajgiri police station.
