Memos were issued to two top temple priests -- Podicheti Jagannadhacharyulu and Podicheti Sitaramanujacharyulu -- for using only 40 golden flowers in performing the Suvarna Pushpa Puja, for which the temple charges Rs 500 per performer. The E O also issued memos four priests – for their negligent attitude in rendering the service. Priests Podicheti Ramabhadracharyulu, K Kirankumaracharyulu, Soumitri Srinivasacharyulu and P Gopala krishnamacharyulu were issued memos for being late to the early morning service of Sattumurai. A memo was also issued to electrical Assistant Engineer when electric lamps did not glow well while performing Tiruveedhi Seva.
