Telangana student commits suicide in Goa

A 21-year-old student from Telangana committed suicide by hanging himself at hostel room in Goa.

The student, identified as C Narsimha Reddy, hailed from Sangareddy district and was in his final year of graduation course in Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani-Goa campus.

He took the extreme step just hours after his parents visited him on Sunday. Narsimha's parents suspected something wrong after he didn't return their calls when they were taking flight back to Hyderabad from Goa.

They immediately rushed back to the hostel room only to find their son dead. The police are yet to find the reason behind the suicide.
