SCB lauds new secretariat plan
A day after the State government released a blueprint of the proposed new secretariat building, that would come up at Bison Polo Grounds in Secunderabad, Malkajgiri MP Malla Reddy, MLA Sayanna, Ramakrishna, vice president of Secunderabad Cantonment Board along with other board members welcomed the decision. Secunderabad: A day after the State government released a blueprint of the proposed new secretariat building, that would come up at Bison Polo Grounds in Secunderabad, Malkajgiri MP Malla Reddy, MLA Sayanna, Ramakrishna, vice president of Secunderabad Cantonment Board along with other board members welcomed the decision. MP Malla Reddy said the development of Secunderabad and spill over effect of the infrastructural development would have a positive effect.
Echoing similar sentiments, J Ramakrishna said Bison Polo is an ideal location and augurs well for Secunderabad. It may be noted here that the Congress has been vociferous in opposing to the plan of the new secretariat building at Bison Polo Grounds.
Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president Uttam Kumar had said the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao seemed to hate open spaces and the Congress will not allow this.” Former MP V Hanumantha Rao too had been opposing the move and said the existing secretariat is in perfect condition.
