12-year-old killed in lightning strike in Nalgonda

Two others from other places in the district also sustained injuries. Aravind, hailed from Kondamallepally mandal in the district while a couple - Daniah and Parvathamma suffered injuries while they were working in their agricultural fields in Nampally.
The locals rushed them to the hospital for treatment and their condition is said to be stable.
Nalgonda district witnessed heavy rainfall in the last 24 hours with highest recorded at 61.2 mm n Nakrekal mandal and lowest of 1.2mm in Gundlapally mandal.
