Hyderabad: The TPCC charged the State government of violating ethics with regard to elections to workers’ union in Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL).
At a press conference on Thursday, the party unit’s General Secretary Dasoju Sravan alleged that the government was using money power to win the elections. He said the Chief Minister has deployed his personal team of Sheri Subhash Reddy, Prashanth Reddy,
MP Suman and MP Kavitha to distribute lakhs of rupees, sheep/meat and wine bottles to Trade Union leaders and Singareni employees. Sravan alleged that TRS is viewing Singareni employees as mere vote bank without any giving importance to the welfare of employees.
