Hyderabad: Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu on Wednesday presented Padmasree I V SubbaRao Raithu Nestham-2017 award to B Dayakar Rao for the Best Scientist category (Millets value added Processing and Promotion) under Raithu Nestham Awards-2017 at Swarna Bharati trust, Atkur Village, Krishna district, Andhra Pradesh . B Dayakar Rao, Principal Scientist and CEO-Technology Business Incubator, ICAR-Indian Institute of Millets Research (IIMR), Hyderabad received the award in the presence of Andhra Pradesh Agriculture Minister Somireddy Chandra Mohan Reddy and Telangana State Agriculture Minister Pocharam Srinivas Reddy. The function was jointly organised by Muppavarapu Foundation and Raithu Nestham.
